We’ll connect the dots, create awareness around any limiting habits, patterns or thoughts that can be impacting multiple areas of your life. We’ll combine many session types and modalities to ensure you leave the day with your outcomes met.
During this day we’ll use a combination of life coaching and time management processes coupled with meditation, energy clearing and the Dr. DeMartini Method and values work.
